Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the AZ Abaya online store ("Website"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Website.
1. Order Confirmation: By ordering a product from AZ Abaya, you legally agree to our Terms and Conditions stated herein.

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be added to your payment at the checkout. Please note that different locations may have different shipping costs, and it is your responsibility to review and accept these costs before finalizing your order.
4. Shipping Address: You must provide your full and correct shipping address for all shipments and payments. AZ Abaya is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect input of address details. Please ensure that you provide accurate information to avoid any delivery delays or misplacement of your order.
5. Product Responsibility: AZ Abaya is not responsible for any beads or feathers coming off the abayas. We strive to provide high-quality products, but due to the nature of the materials used, occasional shedding may occur. It is the customer's responsibility to handle and care for the abayas accordingly.
6. Make-up Policy: Customers are advised not to try on the abaya with any make-up on. Any abaya that is returned stained or soiled with make-up may not be eligible for return or exchange.
7. Return of Items: When returning an item, AZ Abaya is not responsible for any products until they reach our warehouse. We highly recommend that you request a proof of shipment and tracking number, such as the Trace & Track Service, to ensure a secure and traceable return process. All products must be returned in the same quality in which they were delivered, with all tags still attached and must be returned to the warehouse within 14 days of receiving the items. The warehouse must receive the products in hand within 14 days, or a refund will not be given.
8. Return Shipping Costs: The purchaser is responsible for all returns and the associated costs, including shipping fees, customs duties, and any other charges incurred during the return process. Please ensure that the returned items are properly packaged and shipped using a reliable shipping service.
9. Product Content Usage: You may not use our product content, including but not limited to photos, logos, social media posts, and website content, for any resale of items or unauthorized commercial purposes. All content displayed on the AZ Abaya Website is the intellectual property of AZ Abaya and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
10. Modification of Terms: AZ Abaya reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes. Continued use of the Website after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and product descriptions, displayed on the AZ Abaya Website is the intellectual property of AZ Abaya and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties: AZ Abaya makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Website or the products sold through it. All products are sold "as is" and without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. AZ Abaya disclaims all liability for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of the products.
13. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall AZ Abaya be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the products purchased through it.
14. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.
By using the AZ Abaya online store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Website.
